Event Terms & Conditions
By registering for MAD by Animaker (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration and Attendance
Registration is subject to confirmation by Animaker and is intended for the registered attendee only. Please provide accurate registration information. Animaker reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations for legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
2. Event Changes
Animaker reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, venue or format, or postpone or cancel the Event where reasonably necessary. Registered attendees will be notified of material changes using the contact details provided during registration.
3. Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws, venue rules and reasonable instructions from the Event organizers. Harassment, disruptive conduct or unauthorized activities may result in removal from the Event.
4. Photography and Recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes. Please refer to the Event Privacy Notice for details on how images, recordings and related personal information may be used.
5. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, branding, presentations and content remain the property of their respective owners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use such materials without the necessary authorization.
6. Personal Belongings and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and must comply with applicable safety and security requirements at the venue.
7. Third-Party Services
Registration and event-management services may be provided through third-party platforms, including Zoho Backstage, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Animaker shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Event. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable laws. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights available to attendees under applicable law.
